Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once your order enters the processing stage, cancellation may not be possible. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Some items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons or product nature (e.g., personalized items).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The exact timing of the refund posting to your account depends on your financial institution's processing time.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. If you received a discount on your original purchase, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid. For items returned without original packaging or with signs of use, we may deduct a restocking fee of up to 15% of the item's value.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is visible in your account.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order number and payment details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. In rare cases where a refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method.
